Why I do what I do
I’m frequently asked how I stay so fit and energized with my demanding schedule as a working mum. There’s not one answer to this question but I’ve laid a foundation for myself that I stick to no matter how stressed or busy I get. This keeps me sane, healthy and happy.
Trust me I’ve had my fair share of challenges, stress and turmoil. The stress I endured literally made me sick, to the point my hair fell out. I knew something had to change. I had to stop self-sabotaging and self-medicating and start taking care of myself as I would do for a best friend. Coming from a place of patience, love and compassion.
I’m on the other side now and it’s such a good feeling to be able to help others on their journey. It fills my heart to create lasting positive change.

As your health coach I will guide and support you with practical and tangible tools and educational material. If you are open to it, I offer different techniques of mindfulness such as meditation, breath-work and yoga, because I’m a firm believer that these modalities help with one transformation.
Two 50-minute sessions per month for 6 months can be done in person or over Skype. The package is perfect for anyone trying to lose weight, food sensitivities, digestive issues, high stress or a case of ‘feeling stuck’.
