Making time for yourself is a big challenge in this modern world. My clients often comment that had it not been for booking a session with me then they would not be practicing that day. This is the great benefit to booking a one to one session - it makes you accountable for your well being. It also puts you at the top of your list!
My mission is to help you to relieve tension in the body and mind, and to increase your overall feeling of well-being. I plan bespoke classes and privates with a mixture of music, meditation and breath work. I blend Vinyasa Flow with Restorative yoga depending on what is needed.
It doesn’t matter if you’re brand new to yoga, or the mat has been a friend for years, I’m here as your guide on your yoga path, to deepen your practice and increase your feeling of wellbeing to become the best version of yourself.
Yoga for the Little Ones
Yoga can benefit children significantly, both physically and psychologically.
They develop body awareness through poses that stretch and strengthen their bodies, whilst improving flexibility, balance and co-ordination.
Breath work combined with yoga helps calm the mind and reduces tension and stress. It stimulates auditory processing and responsiveness, and encourages mindful, positive thoughts, words and actions.
I like to keep it fun, engaging and encourage the kids to do their best, there is no wrong or right, just give it a go and see where it takes you!

Yoga is beginning to influence family values all over the globe because whilst it brings parents and kids together, it also develops a greater sense of calm, connectivity and body strengthening.
It’s all about creating a bonding experience amongst all the busyness. No mobile phones,iPads, computers or TVs, and no other duties, roles and responsibilities, it’s just you and your children.
Even just one hour a week, being present without expectations, family yoga should include laughter, physical interaction and play. I supply everything you and your family need, from yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and music. It’s a sweet gift that goes way beyond the mat.
The basic definition of yoga is yoke or union —when you practice yoga you celebrate the union of mind, body, soul and spirit.
As a practice, yoga naturally creates unity. The practice of breathing together, and using orchestrated movement and relaxation with your partner, causes a phenomenon called entrainment. Entrainment happens when people or nature unite in a similar rhythm.
So, if you are looking for ways to weave in more connection, intimacy, play, love and laughter into your relationship, then couples yoga is the perfect date.
And to create a more sensory experience I regularly use essential oils, ambient music, meditation and eye-gazing.
