Parents’ Day at Bedales, and there we were in his environment, simply watching him, and feeling so in awe of Arthur.

Bedales has changed the course of his life in the most expansive way. It has given him the opportunity to discover his passion for product design, and gifted him a creative language, a way of expressing who he is, how he sees the world, and what he wants to contribute.

Because creativity is one of life’s great pillars. It allows us to live from the heart, 💜to turn our experiences into something meaningful, and into purpose.

But perhaps just as importantly, Bedales has given him his tribe, a group of friends who match his energy, and no doubt some will stay as lifelong friends. And that, in itself, is one of life’s most precious gifts. 💎

Ever since he was a little boy, Arthur has had this extraordinary curiosity and hunger for life. Always asking questions, always wanting to understand how things worked, why things mattered, and what else might be possible.

This is what makes the end of his school chapter feel so special, watching that same curiosity find a home in creativity, design, friendship, and purpose. Class of 2026 🧑‍🎓

In Psychedelic Breath, electronic dance music is such a huge part of the journey. It’s actually what first attracted me to the practice.
And in many ways, it’s helped me understand that all those years I spent partying in the underground scene in London and Ibiza were leading me here, to creating journeys through my passion for dance music, and holding space for others to experience something extraordinary through the power of breath and beats.

A full circle moment. ✨

I can’t quite believe that I will no longer be dropping you off at school, washing uniforms, cheering you on at sports, 🏐and doing all the little everyday things we do as parents. 👫

We don’t always think about these chapters coming to an end… until suddenly they do.

And while this kind of change can sometimes bring sadness, and maybe even that feeling of empty nest creeping in, I don’t want to focus on what I am losing.

Instead, I find myself gazing at you in awe and wonder. ✨

At how radiant you are.
At how much you have grown.
At how you light up every room you walk into, and how you talk to people in a way that makes them feel seen.

Because this is what we are here to do as parents, to love ❤️ you, guide you, hold you, and prepare you to step out into the world and show up as yourself.

Receiving an award for your consistency, hard work, and contribution speaks volumes about who you are. Not just as a student, but as a person.

We are so very proud of you.

And no matter how your exams go, please always remember this: your results do not define who you are, even when the pressure of it all tries to make you believe otherwise.

You are already enough.
You are already loved.
You are already becoming everything you are meant to be.

Practicing Psychedelic Breath from the comfort of your own home? 🏡 Here’s how to create the best experience for yourself.

Here are a few simple ways to set yourself up:

1. Find a quiet room where you won’t be disturbed.
2. Sit 🧘‍♀️ somewhere comfortable. I suggest using a bolster, but you could also sit on your bed, 🛏️ sofa, 🛋️ or cushions.
3. Make sure you have a safe space around you, with no tables, sharp edges, or anything you could knock over when you go to lie down.
4. For audio,👂you can simply use the sound from your laptop or phone, but for a more enhanced experience I recommend good-quality headphones or a speaker so you can really feel the music.
5. Use an eye 👁️ mask to shut out distractions from your external environment. The mind is strong and will often want to look around or at the screen.
6. Have a blanket close by. Your body temperature can drop, especially during the resting phase of the journey.
7. Make sure your laptop 💻 or phone is charged so you don’t lose connection. Very obvious, but it has happened to me before!

Just me, the bike, fresh air, and pure joy in nature.

“Wine o’clock” used to be my witching hour, especially when I was home cooking dinner.

So I started interrupting the pattern.

Cycling. Yoga. Sound baths.
Anything that helped me create a new normal.

I even changed where I stood when preparing food, just to interrupt the habit and remind my body: we’re doing things differently now.

Small shifts. New rituals.
A different kind of happy hour.

It’s crazy when you think about how many opportunities, places, people, experiences, and versions of ourselves are still ahead of us.

I did it!!!! 🚴‍♀️

I cycled 325km around the island over 2 days to help raise money for some incredible athletes from @vidaraid who are heading to compete at the Worlds.

This was my first real experience riding in a professional setup, with a support car, experienced riders, and people who were very serious about cycling.🚵‍♂️

But this weekend, I tapped into a strength within me 🫵that I don’t think I have ever fully accessed before.

When I first stopped drinking, I knew deep down it was holding me back but this weekend I realised just how much bigger that was.

I’m sharing it because it reminded me how much we underestimate what is beneath it all. How much power, 💥resilience, and potential we carry inside us, often hidden under the habits, stories, and patterns that keep us small.

Sometimes, when we remove what has been holding us back, we discover what we are truly capable of. ✨

This month I found myself on the bike again and again, cycling through Mallorca, through thoughts,
through resistance, and through little flashbacks of the girl from New Zealand who cycled everywhere because when her father left, he took the car too.

Which left her no option but to pedal.

To school.
To swim training.
To friends.
To the beach.
To town.
To work.
Everywhere.

And if I’m honest, I used to feel embarrassed by it. Ashamed, even. Like not having a car said something about me, or where I came from.

I couldn’t see the gift in it back then.

But writing this now, it makes me cry a little. Maybe it’s a release I didn’t even realise I was still holding onto.

Because all that pedalling became muscle memory. A quiet strength I lean into today. The part of me that keeps cycling on the days I don’t feel like it. The part that trusts herself on the big downhills. The part that hears that quiet inner voice whisper:

Girl, look how far you have come.

The other day my daughter said “you’ve been choking/coughing a lot lately” ….. I have noticed it too

These maybe signs that your body is releasing …

Like when…
•You start crying 😢 during yoga or in savasana
• You feel an unexplained wave of anger or sadness
• You have vivid dreams about your fears
• Your body feels heavy, or your energy suddenly drops and you have nothing in the tank
• You feel adrenaline spikes causing shaking or trembling
• You’re coughing a lot, feeling like something is caught in your throat 😲
• You yawn 🥱 more than usual

If you are experiencing any of the symptoms too, I feel you. We are in powerful times to make positive changes in our lives.

Trauma doesn’t just live in your head, it hides in your cells, your habits, your coping mechanisms and your silence 🤫. And when we begin to release what we’ve been carrying,
