Debbie Lash is a mother, yoga teacher, and health coach based in Mallorca, and she facilitates Psychedelic Breath and Reiki.

Originally from New Zealand, Debbie has spent years exploring the connection between mind, body, and breath, a journey shaped not only through study, but through her own embodied experience.

 

After living and teaching in Los Angeles for seven years, she now calls Mallorca home, where she supports others on the path of awakening.
