I've always been someone who follows my curiosity, and recently, during a trip to Whitstable, I decided to book a Sauna & Cold Plunge experience for myself and my husband right on the sea front. To say we were blown away by how amazing we felt afterward is an understatement! But what really stuck with me was how my husband, Johnny, who was initially reluctant, was completely converted by the end of the session.
