The Lions Gate Portal, Divine Timing and the Abundance of Deepening Family Connections

I find myself increasingly in awe and wonder at the way my life is unfolding in divine timing.
A few years ago, I hadn’t even heard of the Lions Gate Portal. Reflecting back, I also hadn’t experienced my first Psychedelic Breath class. I simply wasn’t ready to receive this information. Now, it feels completely aligned with where I am and the work I share with the world.
I’m sure social media has influenced me more than I would care to admit. My entire algorithm seems to revolve around spirituality, yoga, breathwork, electronic dance music, food, with a sprinkling of cats.
But perhaps this is also a reminder of how powerful our attention can be. What we choose to engage with shapes what we notice, what we explore and, in many ways, what we invite into our lives.
So, I feel called to share the Lions Gate Portal with you, my community, because the more open we are to miracles, the more able we become to recognize and receive them.
The Lions Gate Portal is believed to mark a magnificent celestial and energetic moment. Sirius described as our cosmic spiritual sun and the brightest star in the night sky, aligns perfectly with our physical Sun in the fire sign of Leo. Many spiritual practitioners see this alignment as a time when heightened energy becomes available to us, inviting us to set intentions, consciously embrace change and connect more deeply with our purpose.
On a personal level, since I began intentionally elevating my energy through consistent breathwork, yoga and meditation and synchronizing with energetic portals as opportunities for conscious change, my life has started to shift in ways that feel miraculous.
Many of you have been following my journey of meeting my biological parents and siblings. That path continues to unfold in divine timing. A couple of weeks ago, my sister Gabby, my biological mother’s daughter, came to stay with us in Mallorca with her three children.
And here is where things become even more remarkable. Gabby and her family live in New Zealand, and part of her business involves a simulator manufactured in Madrid. For years, they had talked about travelling to Europe to meet the suppliers, but the trip had never quite come together, until now.
Once upon a time, I would simply have called that a coincidence. Today, I see it as synchronicity, a match of energy, where the timelines align and I choose to believe everything is working in my favour.
This was the first time my children had met their long-lost cousins and auntie. They, too, were in awe of how naturally everything unfolded. Gabby and her children walked into our home as strangers, yet spending time together felt completely effortless. It was as if they had always belonged.
To me, this is abundance.
There is a richness in breaking old cycles, healing patterns passed down through generations and reconnecting with my biological family after years when every door appeared to be closed.
Now, those doors are opening in ways that feel magical. These relationships are gathering momentum, and the connections are no longer simply introductions; they are becoming a way of life.
My son Arthur is taking a gap year and travelling to Sri Lanka this September. From there, he plans to continue exploring, including visiting New Zealand and experiencing something of the life I knew as a teenager.
Only now, new doors are open to him: a biological family waiting to welcome him, alongside the opportunity to visit his grandmother, the amazing woman who adopted and raised me, and who also cared for him when he was a baby.
This, to me, is abundance.
There is something incredibly powerful about recognizing how much we already have, honouring all that has been and remaining open to everything still coming our way, instead of focusing on what is missing.
My spiritual practices have played a pivotal role throughout my adoption journey. Yoga first shone a light so that I could see more clearly. Breathwork then helped me release what I had been holding: the old emotions of abandonment and low self-worth, as well as the habits that kept me stuck in the past.
Through this process, I learnt how to amplify my energy with daily meditation. During one particularly powerful breathwork session, my biological parents appeared to me, long before there was any sign that we would begin building bridges, showing me that they were already present in my energetic field.
That experience deepened my belief that we hold the answers within us; we simply need to become quiet enough to hear them and trust that we are being guided, redirected and supported.
Perhaps this is where the blessings and miracles find us, not when we try to control every detail, but when we create space to receive them.
So, as we move through the energy of the Lions Gate Portal, I invite you to pause and ask yourself:
What am I ready to release?
What am I ready to amplify, create and share with the world?
Where am I being invited to step into the unknown?
And what abundance is already present in my life, waiting to be recognizeded?
May we continue to trust the unfolding, welcome the unexpected and remain open to the magic that is already finding its way to us.
