For over a decade now, I’ve been starting each year by setting intentions and creating a vision board, a powerful practice that helps me clarify what I see for my future self. Last year, I included a photo of Psychedelic Breath founder Eva Kaczor on my board, and as many of you have witnessed, that vision manifested with full-force magic. One thing I know for sure, is that when your vision is clear, your path becomes simple, and your actions become unstoppable.

If you are breathing with me, come with the following:

1. Open Mind

2. Wear Loose Comfy Clothing

3. Bring Socks As Temperature Drop

4. Bring Yoga Mat or You Can Rent One

5. Journal (Optional)

6. REMINDER - don't eat a full meal at least 1.5 hrs prior to breathing

All items for the Vision Board will be provided, unless you specifically want to bring some print outs of things you already know you see your future self doing.
